Navin Kumar is the co-founder of Mighty Squirrel, a company based in Boston, MA. Naveen Pawar is the co-founder and CEO of Mighty Squirrel, a craft beer company based in Waltham, Massachusetts. He was born and raised in India, and moved to the United States in 2008. In 2011, Naveen and his co-founder, Henry Manice, founded Mighty Squirrel. The company specializes in creating craft beers with unique flavors, including their flagship beer, the “Mighty Squirrel”. Since then, they have gone on to create multiple lines of craft beers, including their “Mighty Fusion” series, which blends traditional beer styles with unique ingredients. Naveen is dedicated to creating a unique and enjoyable craft beer experience for all of his customers. He is an advocate for sustainability and environmental stewardship, and has implemented several initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of Mighty Squirrel. He is also a firm believer in giving back to the community, and is actively involved in several charitable organizations. He has over 9 years of experience in the medical device industry and has held various positions such as Senior Product Manager at Freedom Innovations and Product Manager at Alphatec Spine. During his time at Smith & Nephew, Navin served as Global Marketing Manager for Total Knee Replacement, where he was responsible for the upstream and downstream marketing of the revision knee portfolio. Navin also held the role of Product Manager for the OXINIUM Product Portfolio, where he was responsible for developing messaging, positioning, and value propositions. Navin has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Technology in Polymer Technology from the Madras Institute of Technology Campus. During his studies, he worked on a research project with the US Department of Transportation, Walmart Inc, and JB Hunt Inc. He also conducted research and development work on developing EPDM-based polymers for space shuttles utilized by the Indian Space Research Organization.
